With offices in Austin, Los Angeles, London, and now Singapore, we’re expanding our international reach. Join us as our first Operations Manager in Singapore to help establish and grow our operations in APAC.‍

The Role‍

As the Operations Manager, you’ll play a foundational role in establishing our Singapore operations. You’ll work independently at first to build expertise across core functions—account management, business development, and production relationship management—while laying the groundwork for future team growth. Shortly, you’ll step into leadership responsibilities as we quickly scale our Singapore presence, integrating seamlessly with our global network to drive impact across regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Master core operations functions (account management, business development, & production relationship management) to support & eventually lead cross-functional processes in Singapore
• Become an industry & market expert within our business vertical & stay up-to-date on trends
• Maintain organized CRM & database documentation to support seamless information flow & accurate reporting
• Collaborate with global teams to enhance operations & ensure excellence in client deliverables
• Cultivate a positive, people-first team culture & lay a foundation for future team growth
• Handle other duties as assigned—we all wear many hats!

Experience & Skills

• 5+ years in PR, media, marketing, or advertising
• 1-3 years managing or leading a team of 5 or more
• Fluent in English, bilingual preferred
• Experience with multi-geography, multi-cultural teams is a plus
• Strong project management & problem-solving skills with a client-centric mindset
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, with strong presentation abilities
• Analytical mindset for identifying challenges & offering constructive feedback
• Adaptable in both independent & collaborative work environments
• Tech-savvy with experience in CRM tools (SalesForce, HubSpot, etc.), communication apps (Slack, Zoom), & visual design (Canva, Photoshop)
• Physically capable of lifting up to 23 kilograms as needed to support production needs
• Located in Singapore with reliable access to the Central Business District
• Eat, breathe, & sleep pop culture, with a passion for television & film entertainment
