With offices in Austin, Los Angeles, London, and now Singapore, we’re expanding our international reach. Join us as our Production Relationship Manager in Singapore to help establish and grow our operations in APAC.

The Role

As a Production Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Production Team by identifying and negotiating product integration opportunities in TV shows and movies, maintaining and growing production relationships, and overseeing the shipment and delivery of client products. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the success of our product integrations by leveraging your comprehensive understanding of the TV and Film industry and your meticulous record-keeping. Additionally, you will attend industry events to network with production partners and explore new avenues for product integration opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify & negotiate product integration opportunities on TV shows & movies in various production stages
  • Maintain & grow existing production relationships
  • Understand the TV & film industry & production process comprehensively
  • Oversee shipment & delivery of client products, ensuring timely logistics
  • Keep meticulous notes & inventory records in our CRM & other databases
  • Meet with production partners to exchange, receive & inspect client property
  • Track & record product integrations on released TV & film content
  • Attend relevant industry events to stay up to date, network with production partners, & explore new integration opportunities
  • Act as a resource to all team members, focusing on their success
  • Partner with team members to optimize collaborative processes
  • Run internal & external meetings to ensure effective collaboration & execution
  • Contribute to overall team health and culture
  • Handle other duties as assigned—we all wear many hats!

Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a PR, media, marketing, or advertising agency, with a strong focus on product placement, brand integration, or client relationship management
  • Fluent in English, bilingual preferred
  • Experience with multi-geography, multi-cultural teams is a plus
  • Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Analytical thinker who thrives on solving challenges and delivering results
  • Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills (verbal, written, and visual)
  • Comfortable with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Monday.com), communication apps (Slack, Zoom, WhatsApp, WeChat), design tools (Canva, Photoshop), and social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 23 kilograms as needed to support production needs
  • Located in Singapore with reliable access to the Central Business District
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Singapore; we do not offer visa sponsorship
